Catching up......

An unplanned respite from updating this space allowed me to accrue some sweet memories to share here. There has been birthday celebrating, school vacation laziness, some bouts of winter sniffles, not enough snow and way too much gray, and some visits from dear friends to help ease the usual February doldrums. I doubt, (like I always do in February) that these cold and dreary days will ever turn into spring. But my friend told me that the maple sap was running early and strong, which leaves me daydreaming of crocuses, and relying on faith that February always, always turns into March.
